Autograph collecting, to me, is a way to capture a moment in time with some very special people. For those celebrities who respond to my letters, it means that I've been able to say 'thank you', and they've graciously acknowledged my appreciation. For those whose photos I've purchased, I'll always have something tangible from them, and they won't just disappear when the play, or film, or TV show ends.

Is this a frivolous pursuit? Probably. Then again, I draw caricatures for a living, and if you think about it, that's a pretty frivolous line of work! But I make people smile, and I like to believe that I've given a little joy to each person I've drawn. The pictures I collect bring me joy, so I think it's worthwhile!

I hope, in sharing my collection, that I might bring you a little joy, as well!

While the majority of photos you'll find here are entertainers, I've also collected photos of athletes, politicians, models, even a scientist or two! That's the nice thing about autograph collecting...the only limits are what YOU choose them to be!
